Change of Company Name and Re-Branding

NFS will change their company name as from 1st January 2017 to encompass the Lebronze Alloys Group brand and image.

We will now be known as:- Lebronze Alloys UK Ltd.

Bob Burt Retires!!

Bob Burt, who founded the company back in 1983 has retired as of 21st March 2016.
Bob had been working on a consultancy basis for the last few years but has decided that he would give his wife, Pat, the benefit of his company on a full time basis!!!
All at NFS wish him a long and happy retirement and thank him for his unstinting and enthusiastic support over the years.

Acquisition of NFS/Clal by the Le Bronze Alloys Group

NFS and the Clal Group of companies has been acquired by the Le Bronze Alloys Group on 21st March 2016.
Le Bronze are a significant group of companies and have a turnover in excess of �240 million Euro with 1,400 employees globally.
Le Bronze specialise in Forgings, Castings and finished products, so it will add greatly to the NFS portfolio of materials we can offer to our customers.

Nickel Silver Strip Range expanded

We are pleased to announce that we have extended our range of Nickel Silver strip in coils and are now able to offer in Specification NS106 from 0.5mm thickness, down to 0.2mm thickness. Our "standard" width is 305mm but we can slit to width and also flatten and cut to length.

Stainless Steel Coil type 301 range added to

we have extended our range of Precission Rolled Type 301 Stainless Steel strip in coils, with the addition of 0.3mm and 0.5mm with a hardness of VPN 400-450.
we slit to width to siut your individual requirements.

30 Years Old !!!

NFS celebrated being in business for 30 years on 1st April 2013.
A celebration party was held at the NFS offices and was attended by all members of staff and our Chairman, Dan Weber who came over from Paris for the celebration.

New Sales Director Appointed

NFS are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Barnes as our new Sales Director.
Steve has been involved in the Non �ferrous industry since the mid 1980�s having previously held a senior position with Battery Rolled Metals Ltd.(both at the Birmingham and Wolverhampton plants) until 2004 and during the last 8 years working for Birmingham Rolled Metals Ltd, whose main activity was as the international agent for a USA manufacturer of Plate, Strip & Tube products.
During his years of involvement in the industry , Steve has travelled globally to both customers and suppliers alike and is looking forward to bringing his experience of working for 2 heavy plate rolling mills to NFS. His knowledge of thicker gauge copper alloy plate coupled with the extensive range of Nickel, Nickel Alloys and Copper-Nickels at NFS should prove to be a great match up.

Cutty Sark Conservation

2011. NFS are proud to have been chosen to assist with the selection and supply of all the metal sheeting for re-cladding the hull of the Cutty Sark Clipper Ship, following the devastating fire that virtually destroyed this fine vessel.
Origanally clad in Muntz Metal, NFS have supplied an alternative, that is more cost effective yet adequate for the current application.
